The campaign of the dark skies is an avid group of people who are trying to change people's thinking regarding bad lighting. Their aim is to preserve and restore the beauty of the night sky by campaigning against excessive and inefficient or irresponsible lighting, which isn't required or needed. It's not against lighting at all, just a bad lighting and if you look all round. There's lots of it!
